Across Roads Center for the Arts presents: The Reel Deal, featuring “The Circus”
Across Roads Center for the Arts presents:
The REEL DEAL, a community film club
featuring the hilarious 1928 silent film
The Circus
starring Charlie Chaplin
Sunday, March 8 @ 4:30pm
Admission by donation (suggested $8)
Charlie finds himself running away and joining a circus—while running away from the cops—and ends up as a star. The film (running time 72 min.) is funny, poignant, and one of his most delightful silent films!
“Perfect entertainment for the whole family, and a great introduction for kids who have never seen Chaplin. The high wire act with the monkeys is one of the funniest scenes ever filmed!” –Rob Mermin, founder of Circus Smirkus
